Find Five Things That Are Different

I've always enjoyed these puzzles where you try to find the subtle differences in two photos. So I thought I'd created some of my own.

I took this week's photo when I was in San Francisco. It's the carousel at the end of Pier 39 near Fisherman's Wharf. The photos are identical except for five different things. Can you find them?
